Mr. Jason Brodeur

Jason Brodeur was raised in Seminole County and is a product of their outstanding school system. He then graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Resource Economics and later earned his Masters of Business Administration from there as well. He is currently a Masters of Public Health candidate at the Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine.
He is currently a member of the Florida Senate where he is Chairman of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee and Vice Chairman of the Health Policy Committee. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010-2018 and served as the Chairman of the Health and Human Services policy and appropriations committees.
He has also served at the pleasure of the Executive Branch as an appointed member of the Governor’s Committee on Government Efficiency and the Citizen’s Safety Task Force. Prior to his service in the House, Jason received gubernatorial appointments and served on the Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee, the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
Jason is currently President/CEO of the Seminole County Chamber and attends St. Andrews Chapel in Sanford.
