Occupational Therapist
Samarra earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2002 from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. She has 18 years of experience providing services to the geriatric and pediatric population. Most of her work experience occurred within the context of a school based occupational therapist. She is passionate about helping her clients experience success with goals while increasing self-confidence. She has worked with children ranging from preschool to high school aged with varying diagnoses.
She enjoys making environmental modifications and creating/adapting equipment based on a child’s individual needs. Samarra believes that Every Child Has Potential; this belief causes her to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to help her clients.
You can find Samarra, spending time with her husband and 4 children in Central Florida. She enjoys writing, having fun and meeting up with her mommy friends.
